GENEVA VALLEY JUBILEE 80 YEARS (February to October 2011
In 1931, Archbishop Maximiliano Crespo, Archbishop of Popayán (Palmyra was part of the archdiocese) 329 decree erected as a parish independent Guacari at Geneva, under the patronage of Our Lady The Rosary. The Fr. Rogerio Santibanez was appointed first as treasurer and then as vicar priest from the 1 November 1931.
