Gerardo Perez made a will on August 28, 1763 at the assistant mayor of the town of Luján D. Cabot Joaquin Montaner. In this legacy describes his stay of Pillar:
"... there was an adobe hut thatched medium consisting of two rooms, one block of land settled and within a mountain of peaches, on the west side of the willows and the front 26 ombu. "
